The Leadership Circle is a community of Fair Chance supporters who seek to maximize Fair Chance’s social impact. Though a multi-year financial commitment, Leadership Circle members enable Fair Chance to continue to build the capacity of community-based nonprofits combating the effects of poverty on children and families in Washington, DC and Prince George’s County, MD. Individuals, couples, and families are invited to join the leadership circle. Membership begins at $1,000 per year for a total of three years. Members will also have the opportunity for a deeper engagement in our work and the work of our nonprofit partners.

Making an annual gift through the Leadership Circle allows you to play an important in sustaining and growing community-based nonprofits who are combating the effects of poverty on children. A commitment of at least $1,000/year for three consecutive years helps deploy a Fair Chance pro-bono consulting team of experts in nonprofit management and organizational development, who partner with nonprofits in DC, and Prince George’s County, MD.

Making an annual gift at one of the giving levels helps support a network of 120 small nonprofits, predominantly led by people of color, with a unique capacity-building program that strengthens organizational infrastructure and sustainability. On average, within five years of receiving Fair Chance support, nonprofits more than double their revenue and the number of children served.
