STORIES OF IMPACT

Since 2002, we have served over 200 nonprofits in Washington, DC and Prince George’s County, MD through our intensive partnership programs. (We’ve served even more through our broad range of events, programs, and services to nonprofits.) Results show that nonprofits that complete a Fair Chance Partnership go on to more than double their budget and double the number of children they serve — providing more opportunities and access to those most affected by poverty.

Fair Chance Executive Director Search

Fair Chance is seeking a new Executive Director to build on the organization's strong foundation as it continues to strengthen nonprofits across the Washington region by providing them with capacity building support. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, mission-driven leader to guide one of the Washington region's most impactful capacity-building nonprofits into its next chapter.

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee a $1.6M budget, drive revenue strategy and fundraising, and serve as a trusted spokesperson for Fair Chance’s mission. Candidates should bring leadership experience, strong fundraising and financial management skills, and a passion for supporting local nonprofits.
