Building Capacity
Small nonprofits change lives every day with impactful solutions to local challenges. But the work of building a sustainable organization often falls on the Executive Director who juggles every role at once and Board members who are volunteering their time. This is one of the most common — and overlooked — challenges in the nonprofit sector. The demands of running an organization can easily overwhelm the mission it was built to serve, and without the right infrastructure and support, even the most promising nonprofits can struggle to grow.
Building a strong, sustainable organization takes time, expertise, and resources that most small nonprofits are still working hard to secure.
That’s where we come in.
Fair Chance offers free capacity building programs that help leaders build the systems, strategies, and structures their organizations need to thrive. No matter where you are in your journey, we join you there.
- Nonprofit leaders: Get practical, customized, free support to strengthen your organization — from governance and planning to operations and fundraising.
