On Thursday, June 6th, Fair Chance will celebrate four DC nonprofits who have successfully completed the Pathways Partnership program. Over eight months, these leaders have deepened their knowledge in board development, leadership & management, fundraising, and program evaluations to advance each organization’s mission and growth. Faith for the City

Faith for the City empowers Black youth in Washington, DC to impact their community by experiencing their own transformation through academic enrichment, the arts, leadership development and financial literacy.
iFly Youth
Cidney Farley, Executive Director
iFly Youth develops middle school girls of color into global leaders through international travel and community building.
The STAND Foundation
Selina Brown, Executive Director
The STAND Foundation is committed to the holistic wellness of girls and women in urban communities. They accomplish these wellness goals through four areas of programming: mindfulness activities, nutrition training, art therapy, and equine activities.
Tech Turn Up
Tim Weedon, Executive Director
Tech Turn Up tackles the digital divide in under-resourced communities. Their mission connects arts with tech, bridging the gap through creative programming.
