Celebrating Success: Fair Chance Pathways Partner Graduation 2025
We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming Fair Chance Pathways Partner Graduation, honoring four exceptional nonprofit organizations that have completed our intensive 8-month capacity-building program. This year’s graduating cohort includes four outstanding nonprofit organizations serving children, youth, and families in Washington, DC:
- Abramson Scholarship Foundation
- Ally Theatre Company/Voices Unbarred
- The Learning Tree
- The Village Network
Each of these community-based organizations has worked diligently to strengthen their organizational capacity and enhance their ability to deliver vital services to our community.
About the Pathways Partnership Program
The Pathways Partnership Program is designed specifically for nonprofits serving children, youth, and families in Washington, DC with budgets between $50,000 and $250,000. This 8-month program helps organizations build strong foundations by focusing on two critical capacity areas from among:
- Board Development
- Fundraising
- Leadership & Management
- Program Evaluation
We recognize that community-based organizations are uniquely positioned to provide life-changing services to those hardest to reach. Our free capacity-building programs help break this cycle, allowing these vital organizations to grow stronger and serve more effectively.
