Network Services

Fair Chance is committed to the sustainability and growth of our nonprofit partners – even after the partnership program is completed. As a member of our vibrant alumni network, you have access to the following Network Services offerings:

  • Monthly Open Forum: The ‘STAY Lunch’ is a two-hour online session allowing nonprofit leaders to collaborate, share experiences, and solve problems together. Facilitated by Fair Chance’s experienced capacity builders, the forums foster peer support and collective learning while offering access to valuable resources and templates.
  • On-Demand Consulting: Our one-on-one consulting service offers flexible support for both urgent needs and foundational development. We partner with organizations to strengthen organizational strategy, ensure financial sustainability, and navigate external challenges, including mergers and shifting industry landscapes. Whether the issue is a pressing concern or a strategic opportunity, we provide the expertise and thought partnership to help you lead with confidence.
  • Executive Director Learning Community: The Executive Director Learning Community (EDLC) is an opportunity for Executive Directors of current and alumni partners to learn from each other. Learning sessions topics are based on the needs of the network.
  • E-Forum: The e-Forum connects Executive Directors from our current and alumni partner organizations to a wealth of shared expertise. This streamlined online space allows leaders to exchange high-impact community information—from funding and pro bono opportunities to curated resources and professional development alerts—ensuring the Fair Chance network stays informed and interconnected.
  • Skilled Volunteering and Extended Capacity Building Program strategically matches professional expertise with organizational needs through structured volunteer placements. This initiative develops long-term partnerships that simultaneously strengthen volunteer skills and enhance recipient organization capabilities.
  • Legal: Hogan Lovells, an international law firm, provides pro bono legal services to the nonprofits in our network. Fair Chance acts as a broker for our partners: connecting them to the Hogan Lovell Pro Bono Practice and following up on results.
  • Management Consulting: Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a global management consulting firm and a leading advisor on business strategy. BCG offers pro bono consulting engagements, consisting of executive coaching and management consulting support on two or three projects designed to collectively advance the strategic work and/or growth of the alumni organization.
