2020 Class Of Boston Consulting Group Fellows
Fair Chance is proud to announce the fifth class of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Fellows. The following Fair Chance Partners have each been paired with a team of BCG Consultants to receive pro bono executive coaching and consulting on specific projects over the course of 2020.

Project goal: Evaluating fundraising and development plans, receiving guidance on organizational structure, and developing a new strategic plan initiative.

Inner City Inner Child
Ingrid Zimmer, Executive Director
BCG consultants: Nivedita Khandkar, Nick RisCassi, Khushboo Goel, Natasha Sodhi
Project goal: Program expansion for toddlers and infants and partnership expansion into Maryland, Virginia and beyond, building an earned revenue model, and expanding staff.

HIPS

Project goal: Reviewing current management/staffing structure, implementing best practices for personnel and financial management, and revising management structure.
