Applications for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Fellows Program are now open! Most nonprofits that have completed a Praxis or Ready for Work Partnership are eligible to apply for the free, yearlong consulting opportunity.

In the program, organizations selected by Fair Chance are paired with a team of BCG consultants to work on 3-4 capacity building projects in areas such as fundraising, board development, strategic planning, communications, and human resources. When reflecting on his experiencing in the program, 2020 BCG Fellow Mazi Mutafa, Executive Director of Words, Beats & Life, said “I never felt like it was a pro bono engagement – it felt like I was a paying customer. The team of consultants were actively engaged on our biweekly calls, and they were super flexibile if we needed to shift or change direction through the process. If you felt like your [Fair Chance Partnership] experience was valuable, then the BCG Fellowship [will be] equally as valuable…”
